Hi everyone!

My name is Qianhe Yu, I am a fourth-year Uvic student who is major in Computer Science. I was born in Jilin city where is a northeast city in China. I planning to settle in Vancouver after I graduate this summer. My career plan is to become a development engineer and I also have huge interests in the commercial field and I may also consider rise a little business or step into an investment bank. I have a passion for photographing, traveling, and exercise. I prefer to watch traveling, cooking videos when I am at home. I have taken one of the EDCI courses in the 2019 summer. That course teaches us how to make good PowerPoint and video to attract people’s attention and makes study effective. I found this EDCI course is very helpful to let me become a better learner. I am excited about the person learning network. From my perspective, I am attracted by group study or work in a team. I found the PLN promotes me to think differently especially in different atmospheres or when I communicating with people. I hope this course will be a great experience this semester. Last I hope everyone is safe and healthy and have a good study time at home.
